What is the shale shaker
Shale shakers are components of drilling equipment used in many industries, such as coal cleaning, mining, oil and gas drilling.They are the first phase of a solids control system on a drilling rig, and are used to remove large solids (cuttings) from the drilling fluid ("mud").

How To Choose drilling fluids Shaker at Oilfield?
Mud flow: The figure listed on shaker specification is based on API 40 mesh shaker screens. Different mesh of shaker screen and muddy conditions will make shaker working in different mud flow and work performance. Don’t choose shaker only as it’s marked mark mud flow, you need to choose shaker based on muddy conditions and screen mesh.
G force: G force will affect shaker performance, suitable G force will help shaker get better performance. Don’t believe the higher G force, the better shaker is. Too high G force may break shaker deck with short shaker working life.
Shaker screen area: Drilling cuttings will be separated by a shaker screen. The screen area will affect shaker performance and mud flow. A larger shaker screen area will help shaker for higher mud flow or better separation performance.
Shaker screen performance: Mesh size correctness, effective screen area and screen quality is very important. AIPU build shaker screen as per API RP 13C regulation and tested AIPU screen with compliance test report.

For the shaker motors, we use famous brand Oli or Martin. Some clients request a higher configuration level. Then the motors will be Ital-Vibras imported from Italy. High-quality motors will help much on stable performance and good result.
The deck angle can be adjusted easily by just screw the nut on the jackscrew. And angle should be adjusted according to actual working conditions. For example, when we need a high flow rate we need to make a deck with a small minus angle or in parallel to the ground. If we need better filtration or more dry solids, please make a deck with an uphill angle. The rotation can be clockwise or anti-clockwise
How to place order on AIPU Hunter series shaker?
Please firstly tell us your requirement on flow rate of shaker. If you have special requirements screen area or single panel size. We'll recommend do you need Hunter-D or Hunter-MG series shaker. Also confirm 3, or 4, or other configuration.
When our recommendation on shaker selection confirmed by you, you can send us PO or we send you PI with some necessary information for further proceed. Against your payment, we'll manufacture it at once. In the manufacture procedure we'll update you accordingly. Before delivery, we'll test shaker and record details. As soon as we get your approval on delivery we'll dispatch shakers very soon.
