Jet mud mixer is a combination of centrifugal pump and mixing hopper with pipeline.Which is also referred to mixing hopper pump. Since it's a combination of hopper and centrifugal pump. The hopper can be the venturi hopper or the whirl hopper. This lead is about mixing pump with venturi hopper
APSLH Jet Mud Mixer is used to concoct the drilling fluids and to change its density and viscosity. This device can satisfy the fluid weighting & mixing of solids control system used for 1500m-9000m drilling.
On AIPU mud mixing pump, the centrifugal pump is mechanical sealed and rather reliable. There is high quality butterfly valve on pump pipelines. This will help to control mud flow rate and the compounding better during operation. The pressure is 0.2~0.4Mpa
Application of APSLH Jet mud mixer
APSLH jet mud mixer is a unit used together with the solids control system for petroleum drilling and horizontal directional drilling(HDD). The unit includes one sand pump, one venturi mud mixing hopper and one jet mud mixing hopper and pump that are installed in a base with pipe valves. It is safe and stable and can be moved conveniently. At the same time,we can make Twin-Hopper Unit with two pumps according to the user requirements.It is designed by AIPU solids control bentonite mud mixer,drilling mud tank jet mixer.

Mud mixer is a single jet mud mixer combined with 45 Kw (or 55 Kw) sand pump and a jet mud hopper or a double jet mixer of two pumps and two hoppers.
The weighting hopper can be combined with a pump or be used independently with manifold valves with pump.
Put the drilling fluid materials (bentonites, barite powder) and the corresponding chemical additives (polymer) into circulating tank for increasing the total.
