Customizable APZCQ vacuum degasser is the degasser can be designed flexibly on electrical system, color, the motor power, the vessel diameter (Among certain options) and so on.
Vacuum Degasser is also called gas buster. Degassing unit. It's the 2nd cleaning or purification equipment set after shaker. They process all of the drilling mud from the flow line after the mud processed by the primary shale shakers. The units have no moving parts and rely on the density difference between the gas and the mud for removal. The process is simple, yet very effective for well drilling fluids processing system.
Vaccum Degasser is used to remove the small entrained gas bubbles left in the mud by the mud/gas separator. These units are positioned downstream from mud/gas separators, gumbo removal equipments (if utilized), shale shakers and mud conditioners (if utilized), while hydrocyclone desander and Decanting centrifuges follow in the arrangement.

Vacuum degasser utilizes negative pressure by the vacuum pump to withdraw entrained gases from the mud. In order for this to work, mud is pumped through a venturi, which develops a negative pressure in the vessel by vacuum pump, thus sucking mud into the unit. The choice between horizontally- or vertically-mounted units are typically based on the footprint requirements of the specific rig.
The material of vacuum degasser can be common carbon steel or the H2S resistant steel. At some of drilling sites, there is no ignitor connected directly to gas vent port, but at some drilling sites, such as gas field or shale gas drilling the vacuum degasser is connected with ignition device via a line to make sure the gas can be burned safely.
Vacuum degassers are not operatred continuously. As the entrained gas quantity is not as large as the gas flow out of the choke manifold or the elevating pipe. We can turn it on when entrained gas raise.
