Mud agitators have different types of APMA7.5 and APMA11, APMA15, and so on. Currently, helical bevel gears are generally APMA7.5. APMA15 and is equipped with helical worm gear. For mud agitator, we produced by 5.5kw, 7.5kw, 11kw, 15kw, 18.5kw, 22kw 30kw motor drive and gearbox.
The agitator may be horizontal or vertical. According to the user's preference, we will offer different customer service. The impeller may be a monolayer or bilayer. Tilting leaves, better mixing performance can be achieved.

Why use a mud mixer
The drilling mud agitator systems commonly used drilling mud auxiliaries. In the oil field, the entire slurry can be a solid platform control system. There shakers, mud cleaners, centrifuge, pumps, agitators, and the like on the tank.
Drilling mud tank for storage. Throughout the drilling process, we need drilling mud, drilling mud treatment and we maintain for better performance and save drilling costs. A mud agitator will help us to mix or stirring the drilling fluid. In the case of rotation of the impeller, useful solid suspending will not deposit.
We know from the stirrer motor and final drive. Combining them to obtain the appropriate turning speed. Where appropriate the TOR, the drilling fluid will have higher performance, better mud circulates through the system.
Mud agitator Options
The horizontal worm wheel agitator, because it is cost-effective, is the most popular agitator used in oil and gas mud tanks. There stirrer coupling options to protect gear, but no coupling option can save costs.
For larger torque and a minimum footprint, horizontal agitator bevel gear is a good choice. Compared with the worm gear, bevel gear torque is much higher. Better performance and higher costs.
The stand mixer is well suited for vertical storage tank covers an area of small but highly higher.

How to select a mud agitator?
According to mud tank specification and drilling mud property(volume, dimension, SG)
